What is your Delivery Policy? |

Local Deliveries: |

Discovery Wines offers local deliveries to
individuals within close proximity to its store. Please ‘Contact’
the Discovery Wines staff to determine if you can obtain a local delivery.
Deliveries outside of our local range will be sent by UPS. |

|
Can I pick my order up at the store? |
|
Discovery Wines allows you to pick up your
orders at our store. If you would like to pick up your order, simply
select ‘Pickup’ when completing your purchase. |

|
Deliveries Within New York State: |
|
Discovery Wines offers FREE DELIVERY to any
location within New York State via UPS Ground on orders that exceed
$100. |
|
|
|
Deliveries Outside of New York State: |
|
Please know that Discovery Wines is currently
limited to delivering to individuals residing in Alaska, Hawaii, Lousiana,
Minnesota, Nevada, North Dakota, Texas, Washington D.C., and Wyoming.
However, we are currently working to satisfy the legal requirements
that would allow us to deliver to more states. |

Deliveries to Minors: |
|
Please know that Federal Law prohibits Discovery
Wines from shipping to anyone under the age of 21. |

Delivery Schedule: |
|
Discovery Wines' policy is to fill all orders
within three business days. If your order can not be shipped during
that time, you will be notified of the date that it can be shipped
and given the option of accepting a full refund. |
