Ellisa Cooper: |
|
Ellisa Cooper has over 15 years of experience
in the hospitality industry. Her experience encompasses managing several
Manhattan restaurants and event planning and consulting for a number
of private clientele. In conjunction with Potel & Chabot, she
managed in-house events for Bulgari. She has worked with Illy Espresso,
Labrot & Graham (makers of Woodford Reserve Bourbon) and The James
Beard House. Ellisa holds a BA from New School University. |

George W. C. McCarter: |
|
George W. C. McCarter is a graduate of Princeton
University, magna cum laude, and the University of Virginia School
Of Law. He was a partner for 13 years at McCarter & English, New
Jersey's largest law firm. In 1996 he left the firm to form a local
practice, McCarter & Higgins, in Red Bank, New Jersey. |

Scott Morris: |
|
Scott recently retired from Goldman Sachs were
he was a Managing Director in the Equity Division. Before joining
Goldman, he was a Principal with Hull Trading Company, a stock and
option trading company. Scott is currently a guest lecturer for the
Computational Finance Program at Carnegie Mellon University. Scott
holds an MBA in finance and statistics from the University of Chicago's
Graduate School of Business and an AB in Economics from the University
of Chicago. |

Scott Reiner: |
|
Scott Reiner has extensive experience in banking
and in the wine business. Previously, he worked for Republic National
Bank of New York in operations management. For the past five years,
Scott has been a wine importer with Wine Symphony, specializing in
wines from France, Austria, and Spain for distribution in New York,
New Jersey and Connecticut. In 2001 Scott was certified a Sommelier
by the American Sommelier Association. Scott attended Bucknell University
and the Taft School. |

Tony White:: |
|
Tony White was introduced to the wine &
spirits industry when he worked in public relations at Carl Byoir
& Associates. He has been a consultant to Sutter Home Winery,
Target, Mondavi Wines, and the National Wine & Spirits Corp.,
where he was responsible for developing the Universal Imaging Database,
a wine and spirits image collection used for brand promotion. Tony
later joined Morrell & Co. where he was Buyer/Inventory Manager,
in charge of daily operations. He was instrumental in the store expansion
into Rockefeller Center where he was responsible for developing promotional
events with vendors and winemakers. |
