Jean-Christophe Garnier's "Chenin" bottling is a wine made in exceptionally generous years where he feels he can pick the very best grapes in each of the parcels that produce single-vineyard expressions of Chenin Blanc. Whatever is left ends up in in this wine, which therefore consists of the excess fruit from Bézigon, La Roche, Rouchefer, Les Justices and 13 Vents.
