Probitas is a blended white rum made by two of the most notable rum makers in the Caribbean. Richard Seale of Foursquare distilling in Barbados and Vivian Wisdom of Hamilton Estate in Jamaica came together to make a flavorful white rum for cocktails. This is one of the only rums fully made in the Caribbean, from plant to bottle. Probitas is versatile, but by no means neutral or boring. It’s a white rum with so much character that is even excellent to sip on.
