A blend of the native grapes Furmint, Harslevelu, Keknyelu, and Roszako, the name for this cuvee is inspired by the Greek 'autokhthon' meaning aboriginal or native. While there is a distinct line of acid, this bottling does not have the same searing acid that many of Istvan's wines showcase. Salt, citrus, and pear, this is an easy drinker with a unique complexity.
