We are open Sundays and Mondays 1pm-8pm, Tuesdays through Saturdays 1pm-9pm. We offer temperature-controlled free delivery in Brooklyn and Manhattan on orders over $300 (pre-tax).

Delivery Policy

The customer is advised that all sales placed through this website are final, as are all in-store orders.

 

Discovery Wines may, at our sole discretion, accept returns on damaged or "corked" bottles for a bottle of the same wine. A receipt and the bottle in question must be brought back in a timely manner – within 1 or 2 days of the purchase – or we won't be able to take back the wine.

 

Age Requirement

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

 

Local Delivery

We offer temperature-controlled free delivery in Brooklyn and Manhattan on orders over $300 (pre-tax).

For orders outside of these areas, we ship by UPS Ground and a delivery service.  All orders will be processed within 2 business days. You will be promptly notified by email of any problems or unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping. During times of bad weather, including extremes of heat or cold, we recommend postponing shipping until conditions improve, but we will defer to the customer's directions as to whether to ship or hold. The customer assumes all liability for wines damaged en route due to weather.

 

Billing Information

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card, your order cannot be processed.
