Bojo do Luar Drasloup 2024 750ml

This wine is a blend of 80% Alvarelhão and 20% Arinto, aged separately in amphora before blending and bottling. Fernando, the lead winemaker of Bojo do Luar, has experimented with the centuries-old monastic practice of adding ground chestnut flower as a natural stabilizer before fermentation and the final result is a wine of striking freshness and acidity. With peppery, floral notes and soft tea-like tannins, it is a true Vinho Verde tribute to its anagrammatic namesake- the feather-light Jura Poulsard.
