Soil/Terroir: from two parcels, 2/3 from Mellecly, which lies within the Mercurey appellation (shallow red clay soils on limestone), 1/3 from Saint Mard de Vaux (granitic-clay soils).

Farming Practices: Certified organic

Vinification: Semi-carbonic fermentation in a single, 3500L vat
