Soil/Terroir: from a 0.2ha parcel at the top of Puligny-Montrachet. Clay/limestone soils, the top section of which contains a significant amount of marl. 

Average Vine Age: 75 years

Farming Practices: Certified organic since 2005, only worked by hand or horse

Vinification: foot crushed, direct press, 1 day clarification, and then barreled down. 

Aging: aged in a single 400l barrel for 8 months.
