Making of: the grapes are hand-picked and direct pressed. Indigenous yeasts only. Aged in oak barrels. Bottled by gravity without fining and filtration, no SO2 added.

Personality: Flinty with a touch of reduction, tart green apple, and high-beam acidity. Drink by the pool or with a burger!
