What is "special" about this wine compared to the "regular" Trilli? Trish was moving cellars and had to bottle it hastily. But then it was forgotten in the transition of the move and and, when rediscovered, it was decided to age it a full two years in bottle before release.
Foot-trod whole bunches are fermented with native yeast for 5 days then pressed into stainless steel and bottled the following Spring.
