Radikon Sivi Pinot Grigio 2023 750ml

‘Sivi’ means grey in Slovenian, and refers to the greyish-pink skin color of the Pinot Grigio grapes that are used in the constitution of this wine. 10-14 days of maceration on the skins, aging on the lees for a year in large 6000-liter Friulian-made French oak botti and bottling unfiltered, with a small addition of sulfur before being aged for an additional year leading up to release. The pink-hued ‘Sivi’ has beautiful rocky minerality and rustic tannic structure, with tea-like herbal undertones.
