Julian Albertus joined the Kumpf & Meyer estate in 2010, farming organically from the outset, with a focus on regenerative farming. The estate consists of sixteen hectares spread throughout five different Alsatian communes. Julian practices a minimalistic, natural approach in the cellar. ‘Y'A Plus Qu'A’ is an aromatic, multi-vintage blend of Sylvaner and Auxerrois with a skin-maceration and zero added sulfur. A textural and tropical wine with a punchy saline finish.
