La Pepie is Pépière’s entry level cuvee, and its grapes are an amalgamation of the estate’s 42 hectares of vineyards. In true Muscadet fashion, this wine is incredibly zippy and fresh. The nose has notes of lime and ocean breeze while the palate brings precise acidity balanced with salty minerality.
