Camillo Donati Malvasia Frizzante 2023 750ml

This wine is like a breath of fresh air! Although Malvasia is traditionally associated with sweet/semi-sweet wines, Donati vinifies it into both sweet and dry wines. Here, it’s dry and spiced with refreshing lemony acidity, and the bubbles are fine and prickly. Delicious on its own or, in Donati’s words, a “superb” pizza wine!
