Domaine Tissot Patchwork Chardonnay 2023 750ml

The Jura offers mosaics of different terroirs. This cuvee is a selection of vines planted on 60% clay (lias & trias which drive acidity) and 40% limestone (bajocien which brings out minerality).

All the Chardonnay that does not go into making the single-vineyard cuvées go into making this wine… Hence the name Patchwork.

Young vines (selection massale under 20 years old & old vines clones), aged in barrel & foudre for 14 months, reductive winemaking with barrels being topped up. -Camille Rivière Selection
