MOOA Le Bazar Pet Nat 2021 750ml

This bright sparkling orange is made from Clairette and Trebbiano with the addition of some Vermentino which Jean-Luc lets ferment for 10 days with the skins. The bubbles form through a mixture of indigenous yeast and second fermentation in the bottle. It has some fruitiness that manifests as raspberry and lemon/lime as well as some toasty herbal notes that makes for a super fun and exciting wine!
