60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Muscat a Petit Grains

1 day maceration for syrah and grenache then pressed. Whole-cluster muscat is added to the vat and 1 month of maceration. This wine is unfined, unfiltered, and was made without the addition of sulfites. It may contain naturally occurring sulfites.
