Barbichette is the collaborative winemaking project of César Vega and Louisiane Remy in upstate New York’s Finger Lakes. The project seeks to make minimal intervention, natural wines from grapes that are farmed and sourced with care throughout the region. ‘Le Blanc’ is, you guessed it, 100% Riesling! The grapes for this wine are sourced from Seneca Lake. The wine is crisp and dry with bright citrus notes and a saline minerality. An impressively pure and unique expression of Riesling.
