100% Sauvignon Blanc grown by Sylvain Saux (Domaine Pechigo) in Limoux

7 day maceration, mostly destemmed. Was in barrel one year, bottled Oct. 2024. This is the Sauv that is also in Hot Girls 3. Tropical Sauv, not cat pee. A bit spicy.
