50% Pinot Auxerrois, 50% Sylvaner. These vines were grown on sandstone soil in Alsace and exhibit finesse and elegance. The grapes were picked by hand and fermented in neutral oak barrels. It was aged on its lees without racking and has produced a fresh, crisp, dry, easy drinking wine. No filtration. Recommended to be stored at 55°F.
