Catherine Riss Empreinte Pinot Noir NV 750ml

Blend of 2022 and 2024 from several soils in Alsace. 100% Pinot Noir. These vines are planted on sandstone soil in Alsace. Harvested by hand, whole cluster maceration for 2 weeks with daily pump over, aged in neutral oak barrels. Bottled without any fining or filtering. This Pinot Noir offers finesse, silky tannins, and has a very pure finish. Recommended to be stored at 55°F.
