Description
This rich and dark rose is a blend of Escursac, Callet and Mantonegro. The aftermath of a hail storm reminded one of Cati's friends of "cambuix" - Mallorquin for bedhead - when they went out to harvest the remaining grapes. Grapes were hand harvested and given a short maceration, with some whole bunch infusion, then fermented and aged in neutral French oak. 0/0
