Light bodied driven by umami, salt, and plums. 100% Escursac, from one of the only vineyards planted to this ancient Mallorquin variety. Grapes went through carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks, then were pressed to a mix of stainless steel tank, used French oak barrel and tinaja to finish fermentation and rest for 10 months.
