A tropical and fresh blend of Giró Ros, Prensal Blanc and Malvasía. The grapes were hand harvested and fermented separately with varying levels of skin contact: Giró Ros gets 15 days, Prensal Blanc gets 10 days, and the Malvasia is direct pressed.
