Christian Binner Bombisch Pinots 2019 1.5L

Christian calls this a Vin ‘Blouge’, meaning both Blanc (white) and Rouge (red) grapes are macerated together to give it its vibrant, juicy style.

Grapes: Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir

Vineyard: granite hillsides that are farmed organically, with biodynamic practices as well as permaculture, agroforestry, and regenerative agricultural practices.

Making of: the grapes are hand-harvested and sorted manually in the vineyard. They undergo two weeks of whole-bunch co-maceration before being lightly pressed and fermented. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.
