Carignan from a single vineyard with vines ranging from 55 to 110 years of age planted on gneiss soils. This is a perennial favorite of ours from Loïc. The old-vines captures the deeply concentrated complexity of the terroir, while providing freshness and easy-drinkability through the use of carbonic maceration. Cherry compost and garrigue, with a delicate touch of farmy brett.
