Northwest facing slope on Lias soil. 3 months maceration in large casks. Unfiltered.

" In 2022 there was no cuvée Poulsard Vieilles Vignes because the poulsard from Les Bruyères (a south facing slope vineyard planted on Trias) burned due to the intensity of the sun.

For this cuvée, 100% of the grapes were grown only on clay from the Lias (La Vasée & le Moulin, both north facing slopes).

3 months of maceration in foudre, then pressed and aged in demi-muid prior to being bottled. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur" -Camille Riviere Selections
