Pinot Noir is destemmed, then little by little he adds his own marc of white wine on the berries (white *marc has more elegance & finesse than red marc). This type of vinification allows the fruit to shine and therefore you will have less of the marc aromas. The macvin is aged in barrel for a year. This is 2022, and it's so fresh!
