Making of: Aged sous voile for 36 months.

Personality: The age of the vines and length of élévage pays off in this rich and oxidative wine. The nutty notes that one would expect are layered with lemon curd, overripe fruit and bruised Chenin grape skin. A little devilish, as its name suggests.
