Description
The name "Fuoriluogo" translates to out of place, a reference for the grapes used to produce this wine being atypical for the region.
The grapes for this cuvée are sourced from Ischia di Castro, a 15 minute drive from Joy's home-base of Gradoli.
65% Viognier, 25% Vermentino, and 10% Moscato. The Viognier is macerated for a few days, the Vermentino is direct pressed and the Moscato went through a carbonic macertation for one month.
