Le Raisin Et L'Ange Nedjma Blanc 2023 750ml

The ‘22 ‘Nedjma’ is a light orange wine made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. Each grape was vinified separately; the Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc see a short maceration on the skins. The grapes were then assembled for a brief settling in stainless steel tanks, before bottling took place in April of ‘23. This is a delicious, lightly tropical and fully textured wine with a beautiful saline finish that keeps you coming back for more.
