Les Vins de Lavie Muscadet Primeur 2025 750ml

2025 was a generous & quality vintage, they were able to isolate some of their wine to make a muscadet primeur. Melon de Bourgogne hand harvested, organic farming certified, spontaneous fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, 12.5%, 2gr before bottling, malo done because Guillaume does not block malo & works on the lees. great PH/Acidity structure. Wine is bright & delicious. It's a one shot cuvée, might not happen every year, a steal!
