Mas Coutelou Macabeu Amphore 2024 750ml

Destemmed, 4 weeks of maceration in amphora with very little pumping over/punching to promote infusion. 700 bottles total. The final touch is a light drying of the amphora. Macabeu: 7000 vines in Peilhan & 4000 in Sainte-Suzanne. Hand harvested, then sorted and destemmed upon arrival. Aged after racking (only the free-run juice) in the same amphora used for vinification for 8 months. 11.35% - Camille Rivière Selection
