60% Cinsault (fruit), 40% Aramon (acidity). This cuvée pays hommage to the Poulsard of the Jura, but made by Coutelou in the Languedoc!!! Like bitting into a fresh & juicy pomegranate. 10.95% ABV.This wine is unfined, unfiltered, and was made without the addition of sulfites. It may contain naturally occurring sulfites. Please store at 57°F.
