This is a white blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from the same ‘En Valingrain’ vineyard. The grapes are co-fermented on the lees for a full year in one single barrel, with further aging in bottle before release. This is a rich and elegant white that reminds us of flinty Chablis or Werlitsch Morillon.
