This wine comes from all the presses of the domaine. Long fermentation in open top wooden vat; 3 years of aging in fiberglass tank. This wine is unfined, unfiltered, and was made without the addition of sulfites. It may contain naturally occurring sulfites. Bottled June, 2023. Please store at 57°F.
