Radikon RS21 Rosso Sasa 2021 750ML

A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Pignolo that is macerated between 8 and 14 days before aging in large barrels for a year, and then settling in bottle for four months before release. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and sees a small amount of sulfur at bottling. The Merlot shines bright in this wine, with dark purple fruit, violet floral tones, and lifting acidity.
