Strohmeier Rose Sekt the Spiral 2014 750ml

A rose made from 100% Blauer Wildbacher, Franz’s most significant holding. The late-ripening, high-acid, red-skinned grape is almost exclusively found in Weststeiermark and is typically used to make an easy drinking still rose called Schilcher. Franz makes a number of wines from the grape but Karmin might be our favorite. A serious, age-worthy rose that drinks like a light red.
