Tutti Frutti Ananas Toranja Blanc 2023 750ml

This wine is made within the Collioure appellation but is intentionally declassified to Vin de France.

Each wine is named after a fruit in either Portuguese, Italian or Catalan. A toranja is a grapefruit in Portuguese.

Direct press Grenache Gris. Fermented in stainless steel, aged in concrete. The wine ferments naturally and is bottled unfiltered with either no sulfur or a tiny amount at bottling. The wine's label clearly indicates if S02 was used or not.
