Vin Noe Gueule D'Amour 2022 750ml

‘Gueule D'Amour’ is Jonathan's village level Bourgogne Rouge. The 2022 has a nice richness and mineral backbone to it that bolsters the wine’s dark fruit and delicate tannic structure.

Soil/Terroir: from two parcels, 2/3 from Mellecly, which lies within the Mercurey appellation (shallow red clay soils on limestone), 1/3 from Saint Mard de Vaux (granitic-clay soils). 

Average Vine Age: 35 years 

Farming Practices: Certified organic

Vinification: Semi-carbonic fermentation in a single, 3500L vat

Aging: aged for 8 months in old oak barrels
