• Soil/Terroir: 0.2ha parcel located directly above the winery. Southwest facing, which is unusual for white Burgundy outside of Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses. Shallow, fine, loamy red clay soils on highly active limestone.

• Average Vine Age: 20 years, planted by Jean-Jacques Morel, after being abandoned since 1930.

• Farming Practices: Certified organic, only worked by hand or horse.

• Vinification: Two-week carbonic whole cluster in stainless steel with no juice (dry carbo), then pressed direct into barrel.

• Aging: aged for 8 months in a single barrique.
