Olivier Cousin Kiki Et Romeo 750ml

A sparkling rosé wine, named after Olivier’s horses who work the vineyard. This cuvée is also a nod to Olivier’s friends Nadir and Cate, who worked harvest at the domaine for five years and named their former wine shop in Brooklyn after his horses. 

Varieties: 100% Cabernet Franc

Vinification Method: The grapes are hand-harvested, brought to the winery by a horse, destemmed and gently pressed. Bottled before fermentation is finished. After the wine finishes fermenting in bottle, it is disgorged by hand to remove the sediment. 

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2 added.
